Booking & payment

When you book, 50% of the total amount is charged immediately by card to secure your reservation. The remaining 50% is collected on arrival — you can pay by card or cash. No hidden fees, no surprises.

You can cancel free of charge more than 7 days before your check-in date. If you cancel within 7 days of check-in, a penalty of 50% of the total booking amount applies. We recommend booking travel insurance if your plans might change.

Date changes are subject to availability. Please contact us as early as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Modifications made within 7 days of check-in follow the same cancellation policy.
 
A security deposit may be requested on arrival. It is fully refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is left in good condition. We’ll confirm the details with you before your stay.
 

You can book directly on this website by selecting your dates and completing the secure checkout. Booking directly means no platform fees and a direct line to us for any questions. We respond to all enquiries within 2 hours.

The apartment
The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 3 guests: 2 in the bedroom (double bed) and 1 on the sofa bed in the living room. It is not suitable for groups larger than 3.
 
Everything you need for a comfortable stay: Wi-Fi, HD TV, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle), washing machine, bed linen, towels, shower gel, and cleaning supplies. The elevator makes access easy with luggage.
 
Yes, the apartment has a balcony — a lovely spot for morning coffee or an evening aperitif. The Eiffel Tower is about a 15-minute walk away; it is not directly visible from the balcony, but you are well within the neighbourhood that surrounds it.
 
 
The apartment can accommodate a child as the third guest on the sofa bed. Please note there are no specific child-proofing measures in place. Feel free to contact us before booking if you have specific needs and we will advise accordingly.
 
The apartment does not include a private parking space. Paid street parking and public car parks are available in the neighbourhood. We strongly recommend arriving by public transport — the apartment is served by metro lines 8 and 13 (La Tour-Maubourg, 3 min walk) and the RER C (Invalides, 9 min walk).
Check-in & check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability — just ask us in advance and we’ll do our best to arrange it.
 
 
The apartment offers autonomous check-in — you don’t need to wait for us. We’ll send you all the access instructions (door code, key location) by message before your arrival. If you have any trouble, we are reachable at any time.
 
Luggage storage before check-in or after check-out is subject to availability. Contact us in advance and we’ll confirm whether it’s possible. Several luggage storage services are also available nearby in the 7th arrondissement.
 
 
House rules
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in the apartment. We appreciate your understanding.
 
 
 
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A smoke detector is installed. Guests who wish to smoke may do so on the balcony, with care and consideration for neighbours.
 
 
The apartment is in a residential building and we ask all guests to be respectful of neighbours, especially after 10:00 PM. Parties and events are not permitted. This is a space for relaxation and a genuine Parisian experience, not group gatherings.
 
 
The neighbourhood
The 7th arrondissement is one of Paris’s most rewarding neighbourhoods to explore on foot. Within a short walk: the Rue Cler market street, Les Invalides, the Musée d’Orsay, the Champ de Mars, and of course the Eiffel Tower (15 min walk). Charming cafés, bakeries, and bistros line every street.
 
 
 
The Eiffel Tower is approximately 1.2 km away — a pleasant 15-minute walk through some of Paris’s most beautiful streets. It is also accessible by metro (La Tour-Maubourg, line 8, then one stop to École Militaire).
 
 
We offer a private taxi transfer service directly from the airport to the apartment — the easiest and most comfortable option, especially with luggage. Simply contact us when booking and we’ll arrange everything.

If you prefer public transport: from Charles de Gaulle (CDG), take the RER B to Saint-Michel Notre-Dame, then the RER C to Invalides (9 min walk to the apartment) — journey time approximately 50–60 min. From Orly, take the Orlyval shuttle to Antony, then RER B to Invalides.
